It is VITAL that we receive a contact telephone number of your recipient so we can call in the unlikely event of a delivery problem.
If we do have to contact your recipient by telephone we will not inform that we are delivering flowers as not to spoil the surprise. We will ONLY call if there is a problem finding the address or the recipient is not available when we deliver.
