Please be sure to read our delivery policies carefully before ordering
- We deliver to all areas 7 Days a week
- Our standard delivery hours are from 8.00am - 7.00pm
- Same Day Delivery Guaranteed for all orders for delivery within Dhaka placed before 1.00pm Local Time (+6GMT).
- Next Day Delivery available for all orders nationwide outside of Dhaka when received before 1.00pm local time (+6GMT) the day before required delivery.
- Please state the preferred delivery time when you order. Sorry we are unable to guarantee exact delivery times between our delivery hours of 8.00am - 7.00pm but we do guarantee that the order will be delivered on the date specifiedd.
- We delivery to all Residential, Commercial, Retail, Government and public buildings.
- It is VITAL that we receive a contact telephone number of your recipient so we can call in the unlikely event of a delivery problem.
- If we do have to contact your recipient by telephone we will not inform that we are delivering flowers as not to spoil the surprise. We will ONLY call if there is a problem finding the address or the recipient is not available when we deliver.
